This is a great retreat on top of a mountain at 1100 meters, with breathtaking view. Cosy big room, comfortable bed, fireplace for the colder winter nights. Good mountain air, quiet and relaxing. Good home made food, nice breakfast. On top of all that, the couple running the place are so friendly, helpful and poised to do all that you need for a perfect stay. The most unique place in our Peloponnese trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The lady that owns the apartment had us some things for breakfast prepared (eggs in the refrigerator, some croissants, and bread with marmalade). It's in a fine location in the centre of Arcadia region and is comfortable if you have a car to drive around the area in nearby villages etc.

beautiful small houses on a green lawn, well appointed with a kitchen. we had a double bed upstairs, which opens onto the living room where two people can sleep. there is a beautiful large terrace, and off the kitchen in the rear, a patio with a table and chairs. The breakfast is bountiful with high quality, local products; we had some nice leftovers for a quick lunch, we just had to add some cheese and tomatoes. We highly recommend this place!

A great spacious apartment within walking distance from the beach and local restaurants! The apartment was clean and well equipped for a short or long stay. Smyros resort is in a gorgeous location. The stone buildings are exceptional and the grounds have pretty landscaping. The pool overlooking the sea is outstandiing, with a bar and they even serve food from the dining room there, at lunch. Breakfast was good, dinner and lunch as well.

We visited the homeland during Greek Easter and decided to stay at Houdis Houses. The facilities were wonderful. The children enjoyed sleeping upstairs in the lodge with the nice view and playing basketball on the court. The pool looked very inviting, but we didn't try it, as we hadn't brought swimsuits in April. Being Spring everything was in bloom and just taking in the view was a very relaxing experience. There was enough space for the children to ride their bicycles. In front of our house was a gazebo with a barbecue. The location was excellent. The beach was only 100m walk through a footpath. The picturesque town of Paralio Astros was in walking distance. Plenty of possibilities for excursions with the car along the beautiful coast of eastern Peloponnese. Good Wi-Fi access. Kitchen & Utilities perfectly comfortable. All in all this was one of our nicest stays in the last decade and we will come back. We didn't have any complaints. The owner was still kind enough to ask us if everything met our expectations and if we had any suggestions for improvement.

Proximity to the best part of Tyros beach and just around the corner from the Tigani beach. Exceptionally beautiful and intelligent interior and exterior design of the Elisavet suite. Each room had a balcony and the views were amazing (you directly see both the beach and the mountains in the back from one of the balconies). Free usage of bikes, beach beds and water sport gadgets (kayak, paddle boards, etc.). Hosts were very nice and there when needed and the suite was super clean. Very comfortable beds and rooms were very spacious. There is a TV in each room and the one in the main room has things like Netflix. The hosts prepared a bowl of local fruit, home made bread and two bottles of wine.
