The kids club catered to all our children from 4 to 12. the sports facilities were great, the daily football matches, table tennis tournaments and water park & playgrounds!

Enjoying a privileged location in the heart of Heraklion Town, Ibis Styles Heraklion Central by Accor is just a short stroll from major touristic sights and lively areas of the town. Hotel is situated in the centre, just few steps to Old Town. We had a spacious room with a balcony, very clean and well furnished. Seems it was renovated recently. There is also underground parking at a fair price and nice drink bar on the roof. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were just missing doors to the bathroom (available only at toilet room). It should be no problem when travelling with family. However in other situation could be confusing.

The territory is all in greenery.The beach, both sandy and sun beds on a green lawn over the sea. There is enough space for everyone. The food is excellent at the main restorant and at the pool bar. Everything! It was our second visit and we loved it every bit as much as the first time. The food is great, the room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, the pool and bars were great. The daily kids and family entertainment was something we all looked forward to. The kids club was brilliant. One of the days we took a day trip and the hotel arranged for a packed lunch which was delicious. Have to also highlight that all the Covid-related controls were also great and made us feel comfortable and safe.
