The pool restaurant is always open and you can find what you need. the staff there are real professionals, they will help you choose wine and the meal that will suit you. Don't forget to enjoy a glass of local wine at sunset.. The view of the Santorini caldera and volcano will be unforgettable.

The restaurant staff (Dimitris and his colleagues were very professional and friendly), the Chef, his team and the menu were superb. The views from the Restaurant and the Pool deck. Magnificent.

From start to finish..the view the facilities are top notch but the clincher was the staff services.. my god now I know what Royal Treatment is!

The view of our honeymoon suite was magical and we had a massive balcony just for ourselves to have our breakfasts in and also to have dinner in the evenings.

By far the most amazing hotel in Imerovigli, and in my opinion in the whole island of Santorini. I have been to Santorini multiple times in the past few years and I have stayed in different hotels but nothing can compare to this hotel! The view is amazing, you have a panoramic view of Santorini from Akrotiri to Oia and of course the amazing Skaros rock. The area feels very secluded/private and away from the crowds. Honestly words can't make this hotel justice, you really need to experience it. I will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel close to the main square of Fira. Excellent location, fabulous breakfast, beautiful pool area with sea views. Nicely decorated, spotlessly clean room. Excellent service with an outstanding staff. Highly recommended.

The resort was beautiful and in a terrific location - a short beautiful walk into Fira. The staff was also wonderful and upgraded our room for the final two days of our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

We had the most unforgettable stay at Charisma Suites in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of this place. The Honeymoon Suite we stayed in was absolutely superb and exceeded all our expectations. The room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. We were greeted with a stunning view of the caldera right from our private terrace, and it felt like a dream come true. Waking up to the picturesque sunrise and unwinding with breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure that every moment of our stay was special. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. While we loved everything about Charisma Suites, we must admit that the abundance of stairs both within the hotel and throughout Santorini was a bit challenging. However, we soon realized that these steps were a small price to pay for the awe-inspiring views and the unique charm of this island. Overall, Charisma Suites offered us an unforgettable experience in Santorini. We can't recommend this place enough for couples seeking a romantic and luxurious getaway. Breakfast is the unbelievable best! We enjoyed eating it for 4 days!! The staffs were so friendly and helpful!!!! We love them!! The location is the perfect place to stay! We glad that we picked that hotel over Oia or Fira! It's pretty quiet and less crowded!

The staff and the GM Manos were especially welcoming and kind. We had the perfect stay.

We loved the customer service, they were extremely attentive with us, they did everything as possible to make us feel the best we can and to have an amazing experience in Santorini and the Hotel in general. The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%. Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!
