The staff was super friendly! Both the hotel itself and the pool were really clean, in a good state and very quiet. There were enough beds at the pool for every guest at the hotel. You can order food and drinks for very reasonable prices. They make some good cocktails as well! For breakfast you can order something from the cart (you can decide each morning if you want to eat breakfast at the hotel or not). They have options like omelets, scrambled eggs, yoghurt and toast. They also cook food for during the day (enough for a good lunch). All the food we tried was very good quality (the burger was great!) and cooked fresh. The room and bathroom are great, cleaned daily as well. It's just a 5 minute walk to the city centre, lots of nice restaurants there. The beach nearby isn't that special, but that didn't really bother us, since staying at the pool was pretty great! They also help you with ordering a taxi or renting a car and give you some tips on where to go on the island. All in all one of the best hotel stays we had in years. The hotel itself was great already, but the service and friendliness of the staff really made it amazing. 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you Dora, Errikos and the rest of the staff for a great stay!

Elena is so kind that she let us to extend our stay at room until we left for flying at 8 pm without extra charge. The breakfast was so delicious and had many choices. Love to stay here again if we visit Zakynthis next time.

Veliki i prostran, bukvalno u apartmanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Lokacija je takodje idealna, mirno sa mnogo zelenila. Vlasnici su bili preljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Aloizio i Sofia hvala na svemu! Preporučujem svima da iznajme ovaj predivni apartman! Ako ponovo dolazimo na Zakintos sigurno cemo boraviti u Aloisios estate.

There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge. This is a family run Hotel and management is always present also helps out cleaning even! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I stayed in the full sea view room. Breathtaking panoramic view on the Tsilivi beach and on the sea. Amazing sunset from the balcony of the room. The hotel has a beautiful garden and restaurant with terrace. The hotel is at 5 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the restaurants and bars. The walk is a bit challenging because of the road and sometimes crazy drivers, maybe the safety of the road could be further improved in the area. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious, the balcony was just amazing, the wifi was fair quality, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. All the staff is super helpful and good vibe. Loved it and totally recommend it and I would definitely stay there again if I were to return on the island.

Pristojan hotel na mirnoj lokaciji sa upotrebljivom simpatičnom sopstvenom peščanom plažom. Hrana je dobra , soba je bila dobra mada su se mnogi žalili na svoje jer su bile neadekvatne rezervisanim. Ono što čini ovaj hotel izborom je pogled. Pogled sa terase( obavezno soba sa pogledom na more) je očaravajući i vredi svakog evra.

The hotel's location is excellent, quiet and convenient, with lots of greenery around it. Parking your vehicle is very easy. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and had a great view from its' balcony. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped. The pool area and the pool itself are very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was served in a beautiful and spacious room, it had a lot of choices and every day something new was added. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the hotel, we highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Zakynthos.

The hotel is very nice and clean - the pool area is lovely and it is a good swimming pool as well - just be careful if you don’t know how to swim as some parts are pretty deep. The hotel and the room is very clean and pleasant with toiletries - the bed is comfortable and the linen is comfy :) Breakfast is amazing and delicious - the yogurt is just perfect! All of the staff is amazingly friendly and so nice! I really liked the location as it is close to the airport, close to Kalamaki beach and Laganas - there’s plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

This hotel is an experience by itself. The staff was extremely kind with us and helped us to book all the things we wanted to see and do at Zante. Breakfast was so so fresh and delicious, dinner at Meliá was awesome. We had the honeymoon package which was fantastic and so worth.

Accessibility to supermarket- restaurants- pharmacy- beaches etc , Food was great too , I guess I’ve put on weight 😃; staff were super friendly and supportive.

Reading some of the negative comments, I admit I was a little bit nervous but once I reached I realized one thing: everything about the Hotel is simply wonderful! Extremely clean rooms and surroundings, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, such kind and professional people doing everything to make you feel at home. Don't trust the negative comments! There is air conditioning in the room, wifi free of charge, free toiletries, literally 5 min very slow walking from the beautiful beach of Kalamaki and around 10 min walking from the main tavernas on the street, plenty of space for parking inside the hotel and outside in the street. If ever back to Zakynthos I'd definitely come back to the same place! ❤
