The staff is amazing, always trying to help and solve requested services as serving breakfast a little bit earlier.

Location was close to everything but away enough from busy center. Room was immaculate. Attention and service was exquisite. Breakfast was delicious. Iliana the owner is a sweetheart, kind, communicative and responsive🌹She went out of her way to make me feel taken care of and welcomed. She even offered to take me and picked me up at the bus station. An hour and a half away from Hu Nal Ye😍. Will definitely stay here again!

A tour desk can provide information on the area. perfect location , perfect food and perfect people !the owners are very hostile and gentle ! you have to know that it is inside the jungle so there is not hot water(you don’t need it because the weather conditions are perfect) or luxurious amenities but it was the best hotel we have visited in Guatemala!

The hotel architecture is beautiful, the natural materials are super relaxing. It is so close to the river and its mountains surrounding makes it a magical place. I love the way the food is ordered and not having to worry about my meals at all. The staff was super helpful and nice.

Hotel Boutique y Restaurante Panisté is located 21 minutes’ drive from Cobán, Guatemala, and offers an outdoor pool and a restaurant on site. Pet friendly, lots of space in room (junior suite), friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful gardens and well curated space. Restaurant on site is nice but mediocre...still very nice to have that as an option considering how remote it is in comparison to good restaurants in Coban which is about 30 minutes away.

Located within 1 km of Semuc Champey, Pachamaya Eco Lodge in Lanquín has a number of amenities including a garden and a bar. The view, the staff, the food, the facilities and the rooms are amazing. The only thing we had a small issue with was water pressure on the shower, everything else was just fine.
