Everything was amazing from the room open on the nature to the food which was delicious. Every morning we had the most unique breakfast with the view on the lake and volcano and the night an excellent dinner cooked directly from the chef behind the bar. The service is just perfect and all the staff is taking really good care of you. The view is breathtaking. The room was very comfortable, specially the bed. One of the best hotel I have been so far. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity and recommend this place to everyone around the world.

Offering an outdoor pool and a hydro-massage hot tub, Tzampoc Resort is located in Santa Catarina Palopó. What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

It is sparkling clean, spacious, and includes access to a full kitchen, hammocks, and rooftop deck with a beautiful view of the lake, volcano, and town. The host (Miguel) is friendly, helpful, and offers free laundry services as well as personal tour of the town and area. He made my experience in San Pedro into the highlight of my entire holiday in Guatemala. 10/10, fantastic experience.

Located 1 km from Santa Cruz La Laguna indigenous village, Casa Prana Villa & Suites offers an outdoor pool, a furnished terrace and 9-acres garden. The most amazing hotel. From the staff, to the grounds, to the food and the service, this hotel was the most wonderful place. My fiancée asked me to marry him there and there genuinely would not have been a more special surrounding. Astrid was also amazing as were all the staff we interacted with. Thank you for an amazing stay!
