The dorms are basic but provide everything you need. The food at the restaurant is a bit expensive but really delicious. Overall, the location is very nice and the people very kind. Best shower in whole Guatemala.

Offering a sun terrace with swimming pool, views of the Exequil Lagoon, a heliport and wooden décor, this boutique hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Mundo Maya International Airport. The hotel nestled among trees over looking the lagoon. Our room was at the end and was so beautifully built. Everything including the floor was in wood and looks like a mahogany. Inside is a spacious room with double bed, an area to work if you want to, who does? But it haa an indoor jacuzzi overlooking a gorgeous view of the lagoon. All open with glass windows and doors. An absolute gem.

Matatagpuan ang eleganteng hotel na ito sa loob ng isang tropical estate, sa gilid ng Petenchel at Monifata Lagoons. This hotel was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and informative when we first checked in. The rooms are very spacious and have a good view over the lake. We managed to spot some monkeys when we first walked to our room and one morning we spotted a crocodile in the lake next to the restaurant. There is a fan in the room as well as air-conditioning but we found the fan to be sufficient. The grounds of the property are huge and the hotel feels very exclusive and relaxing as it is not in central Flores. They offer a car service to and from Flores as well as the airport which is much more affordable than a local taxi. The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of items to choose from. There is a mix of typical local dishes as well as western style items. Dinner options were also great.

I stayed an additional night since I felt like at home. Owners are really wonderful. They go above and beyond to help you and make your visit to Flores a memorable one. Manuela prepared coffee for me in the morning, despite not having the breakfast included in rate. Offered me snacks when I did the long trip to Tikal. Her husband was very nice as well. Francisco is just adorable. Genuine and so nice. I miss him already. Rooms are comfy, good lighting, great hot shower, TV, great bad, and AC. Big terrace so you can wash your clothes and let them dry there or they can do it for you as well. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and all nice sites in Flores.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ramona. We stayed 3 nights and we loved it from the moment we arrrived. It is a very clean hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere and in center of Flores placed in walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Karolina and Hans gave us really good service and recommendations for activities and restaurants around the town which made our stay here very special and unique. Thank you we enjoyed and will recommend everyone to go and we will definitely return once we are back in Flores.
