The receptionist Paula was very patient and pleasant to deal with. She assisted us with some of our issues. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one.

We arrived very late at night, and the night manager was very helpful and courteous. The room, beds, and shower were very comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced.

My family and I arrived at 3:40 am in the morning after a long 14 hour drive and although reception was not open at that time they arranged to have the room keys ready for us at the front desk and we just helped ourselves to our room. The following morning, the man at the front desk (wish I had his name) gave my husband and I a late check out (2:00 pm) after we drove our kids to the airport and returned back to the hotel. He was professional, pleasant, and super understanding. After check out we decided to have coffee and lunch at the premises. My husband had the goulash and I the schnitzel with sautéed vegetables- it was delicious!! We will come back just for the food!! Our overall experience was superb.
