Set in Hegykő, 7.3 km from Esterhazy Castle, Hotel HegiQ - Adults Only Hotel offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It's not often you get to stay in a one-month old hotel, but this one is brand new (late September-early October 2022). It is hidden away on a side street in a small forgettable village, which keeps it quiet at night. It's all new and absolutely spotless, and includes a nice spa and wonderful sauna and two hot tubs on the ground floor, and access across a lawn to a 7-pool swimming and hot spring water resort (which is not new and is shared with an adjacent camp ground). Rates include dinner, and the wine list is quite reasonable and includes some wines made in the same and in the next village. Both dinner and buffet breakfast were good if not quite gourmet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, all bilingual in Hungarian and German. (Don't know about English because I speak both Hungarian and German, never tried English).

Located in Bakonyszentlászló, Hódoséri Vadászház provides a bar and terrace. Complimentary private parking can be arranged. At the hotel each room includes a wardrobe and a private bathroom. I had a very warm welcome. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The surroundings are wonderful, I enjoyed the peace and quite. The price and quality balance was great.

The Sopron Monastery Hotel is located in garden part the city, surrounded by forests and on top of a hill, offering an excellent panorama. The property is 3.5 km from the center of Sopron. The suite was spacious and designed in a restrained style befitting the past of the building that was used as a monastery. The corridors and the dining room are very beautiful. The location is very beautiful and it is a special experience to be there.
