An excellent stay in a modern and cosy hotel. Very clean and comfy. For all sauna lovers also beautiful spa with different types of sauna and discrete, quiet resting place. Extremely friendly staff. They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

Este hotel dispõe de área de spa e jardim com piscina. O Batthyány Kastélyszálló está localizado a oeste de Heviz e do Lago Balaton. This was our third visit at the hotel and we liked it very much, every time. The staff is very polite, kind and helpful. Our food allergies were also served well, we were asked if they could prepare any dish of our desire. Though we were there quite off-season, there were more than enough options for dinner which was and always has been delicious. Clear recommendation!

The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!

The BEST ever family hotel I even been to. Everything is carefully thought for the parents to really enjoy staying and engaging with kids of ALL ages. The staff is very proactive, helpful, cares about kids. Breakfast and supper are highly recommended. The food is both very healthy and tasty , high quality and menu is slightly changing every day. Best regards to the chef ! Kids menu and places for attraction - even in the canteen area ! Playgrounds and attractions all over the vast hotel area. Crafts sessions. Evening music auditions. Tennis court. Table games room. Climbing park is also worth mentioning - superb. The swimming zone: for toddlers , outside, inside , for juniors, rooms for clothing, lockers, silent spa, numerous saunas,... you name it. The rooms.... my daughter was very happy with a separate great kid room. The bathing room is spacious, easy to wash the kinds of all ages. Perhaps , I forgot something, but , this is the place worth many many more "thank you"
