The 4-star Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is situated right in the heart of medieval city of Kilkenny. The property is only 2 minute's walk from main street, restaurants, shops and Kilkenny Castle. The breakfast was fantastic. It was our first irish breakfast and it was delicious. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to pubs, shopping and the Kilkenny castle. They also had great amenities, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym.

Everything absolutely everything was lovely so comfortable food was great and so comfortable!!! Set amidst 170 acres of parkland, Lyrath Estate Kilkenny is located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. Breakfast great, nice selection. Room was comfortable as were the beds. Staff very friendly especially Sean and Mena.
