Located next to Ashford Castle, The Lodge at Ashford Castle is set on 10 acres of grounds, overlooking Lough Corrib in Cong. Their shuttle service between points on the estate was a wonderful service and greatly appreciated. The Hawk Walk was a very special experience made even better by a warm welcome from Yvonne and by our lovely guide Neamh. The meals at The Lodge and at Cullens on the grounds of the estate were excellent.

We were attending a wedding in the Lodge at Ashford, this hotel was just a very short spin up the road, perfectly located, clean, spacious, large comfortable bed, tea & coffee in the room, big shower and most importantly the room was warm (we were in minus degrees) and the hotel even added another heater into our room.

Located in the town centre of Oughterard, the Connemara Lake Hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property and free street parking. The hotel is well equipped, very comfortable, clean, very welcoming. The breakfast, but also dinner if you wish, are very good, host are charming and very polite. Parking around hotel is free and easy, the coutryside is very nice.

This bed and breakfast offers free WiFi and free private parking is available on site.... Phyllis was a lovely host! She gave the best recommendations on where to go for dinner and where to go here local traditional Irish music. For breakfast there were many options to choose from, and it was delicious! The day of our arrival she also gave us apple cake and tea which was lovely! The family room we stayed in was very clean with a huge bathroom. It was an easy drive to Galway city. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay again!
