They helped book dinner reservation after the opera observation, showing us four candidates. Then we could easily compared between them via Internet based on the recommendation upon preference. ...It was indeed nice restaurant for cuisine, flexible of service and hospitality. They also recommended and suggested nice place to visit. But it was only quite a part of their excellent and warm hearted services. ... Another was when I forgot my wallet at the hotel room I stayed. Hotel officer called me regarding the lost within two hours. My drivers' license and cash and other Important documents were in it. ... I managed to plan returning to the hotel though the schedule was very tight. The services they made were outstanding and helped me a lot. My travel was Indeed saved. I'd recommend this hotel for good travellers visiting Bologna, in Italy, even though I myself was not a good traveler at all.
