My friend and I stayed at Hotel Aiguille Noire while doing the Tour de Mont Blanc (TMB). We could not have chosen a better place to stay. This hotel has been in the same family for four generations, which results in a great deal of care and effort. Our check in was easy, our room was spacious and comfortable (and even had a balcony), and the front lawn was perfect for an afternoon drink after hiking all day. Every person we encountered was kind and generous with their time. One of the owners even called a refuge for my friend and I to ensure we had a place to stay the next night on our trek. We feel so lucky that we were able to spend some time at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful!

It has a pretty garden and serves a breakfast of homemade jams and cakes each morning. when we arrived. they literally welcome us with an open arms. make us feel like were home. i told them that it was my birthday. and ask if they can give me a room with a great view. and they gave me a free upgrade into a room that really has a great view of the mountain. they were also very helpful with everything we asked. they will not just tell you things. they will literally explain everything which gave us more information about what to do around their hotel. they always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. and they keep greeting me the whole day of my birthday. makes me feel like their family. their hotel was so nice. their lobby makes me feel relax. in front of their chimney. makes me feel back to the old times.. highly recommended...😁😁😁

Fantastic gem in Courmayeur. The apartments have all of the comfort of an apartment but with the service and care of being looked after in a hotel. The staff were exceptional and so kind and attentive. Breakfasts delivered were high quality and delicious. The spa was perfect and well maintained, a truly lovely stay.
