A very pleasant place with people making sure you feel comfortable. The facility is well-maintained and well equipped, but the most important is a great approach to customers. Care and attention at every step. Very rich, varied and tasty breakfast. There was no problem with storing the bikes and charging the battery. Great value for the money. San Vincenzo is also nice place to stay.

We could enter our room by midday - it had just been cleaned - so helpful.. Breakfast a lovely surprise and better than described on booking - also beautifully served in a verandah enclosed restaurant, light, airy. Direct train to Florence 5 mins away

Offering a seasonal outdoor thermal pool and an indoor pool with hot water jets and hydromassage Hotel Delle Terme is set in the Tuscan countryside. We spent 3 nights here in July 2023 as a base for a wedding we were attending at a different venue nearby. We booked two rooms, one for me and my wife and one for our two sons. Rooms were spacious with a very large bed, a balcony area with chairs and plenty of storage room for our clothes and luggage. Pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and chairs and the water was really deep in some sections but also had a shallow child friendly section. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, plenty of food and great coffee. While we were here, we were travelling to a nearby venue for a wedding for 2 of the days and required a taxi for up to 10 people. Taxi company provided a Minibus for us and he turned up on time every day. There's a great little bar area by the pool that serves cold drinks, beer, ice cream, slushes, crisps and sometimes sandwiches etc. There's a supermarket just down the road that you can easily walk to. There's a sports club with tennis court and a good size gym located next door that you can use for a fee. Car park is really big with plenty of parking spaces. There's not a lot going on in the area as It's in a quiet location but the facilities at the hotel are good. Richard

Set opposite Livorno's Naval Academy, Hotel Navy has a seafront location in an Art Nouveau villa on Viale Italia. Rooms are cosy and feature free Wi-Fi and 37-inch LCD TVs. Location is perfect,right by the sea in a quiter area and just around 15min walk to the historic center. The staff,especially the ladies at the reception,were absolutely great,very nice and very helpful. We were recommended a great Italian restaurant for dinner just a few steps away. The hotel is very nice and stylish,the room are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was smaller variety but great croissants and wonderful coffee. It really did exceed our expectations
