It was close to the ferry port, bus stops and train stations and to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and sent a taxi when I requested (I arrived later than expected and could not find one). They also advised me what to see and do when the tour I had booked was cancelled. There were many choices for breakfast and the staff there were also friendly, efficient and helpful. As a dog lover the gorgeous dog, who was sometimes in reception, was a bonus.

Additionally, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the tranquil ambiance of the spa, which was a blissful experience after a day of exploration.
