This is a beautiful, well designed modern property. it’s location is excellent right inside the Castle walls. Tanina is a fabulous host to all her guests. She is such a gem with knowledge about the area, recommending places to see and things to do. The breakfast is at their restaurant next door. The staff there are excellent also, they make you feel very welcome and the good selection is excellent. I would definitely recommend the property.

Boasting a lakeside location in Sirmione's historical centre, Hotel Marconi is surrounded by palm trees and conifers. It offers panoramic views of Lake Garda, free Wi-Fi throughout. Everything about this hotel was excellent - the friendly and welcoming staff, the bright clean rooms, the amazing breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options (and fresh honey comb with honey!), The very central location in Sirmione proper, the private dock with sun beds..... I could go on and on. The room had air conditioning/heating, the bathroom was exceptionally clean (I am a huge fan about this, even slightly dirty bathrooms gross me out in hotels), everything seemed as if it had even recently been updated... Pristine. The room came with a small balcony with a partial lake view that was gorgeous at sunset. The private dock with sun loungers was so nice! I didn't have an opportunity to eat dinner in the restaurant or use the bar but judging by the included breakfast service it would have been exceptional so I'm going to have to do that next time. Enthusiastic and very kind staff make themselves available for any questions or needs. The location is fantastic.. I visit Sirmione frequently though I rarely stay overnight, and it is both a central location but pleasantly much less crowded than some of the other areas which was a bit of a relief. A 2 minute walk to Aquaria thermal spa, so an excellent location if you aim to take advantage of that facility. All in all, top service, they even held my bags the day of checkout so I could walk around and enjoy Sirmione a bit more. Enthusiastically recommend!

Hotel Piccola Vela is a short walk from the historic centre of Desenzano del Garda. It offers friendly staff, clean rooms and free breakfast, as well as free WiFi throughout. Piccolo Vela was a perfect little quiet corner of the otherwise busy Desenzano. The staff at Picolla Vela is very special, every interaction we've had was filled with kindness and making us welcome and trying to fulfill our ask. They were also always there to make sure that we had all we needed! To set expectations for, the hotel is for sure a bit old now but not in a bad or inconvenient way, it adds to the charm. The bathrooms were clearly recently renovated also which was nice! The bed gave me the best sleep I've had in a while as well.

George was very kind, he helped us with information and tips. There was a small breakfast available for free (with a very good Italian coffee, always). Hotel is new, everything good, I would recommend it for sure, actually I already recommended it for my friends.
