The hotel, although small, was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff, especially Luay and his brother during the morning shift, were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the owner, Yahia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, even offering assistance through WhatsApp. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by our driver and tour guide, Sabeer. Sabeer’s natural demeanor and extensive knowledge made our tour experience effortless and enjoyable. His helpfulness not only saved us time but also helped us save money by efficiently navigating through our itinerary. I highly recommend Sandra Hotel and especially commend Sabeer for his outstanding service. Can’t wait to visit again

I was searching for a hotel close to Rainbow street and Amman citadel and this place was at a very convenient location - just 5 min drive from some really good restaurants and 10 min drive from the Citadel. The property was on a quiet resident street, so it was very easy to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel door. We loved the view from our balcony to the downtown and the skyscrapers and it was nice to have a cup of tea there in the evening. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and facilities to make tea in the room. Everything was great. The breakfast included good variety of meals, even for vegetarians. It was very tasty and fresh.

They are perfectly located (in a very nice and quiet area, ten minutes stroll to Rainbow Street with lots of restaurants and shops). The staff is so friendly, the hotel is super clean. The rooms are the best. We got a family room - with two big bedrooms, kitchen, living, bathrooms … The breakfast was amazing!!! We really liked everything.
