The dinner they specially prepared was exceptionally delicious, and breakfast was also very diverse. The owner and chef were very hospitable, explaining how to enjoy their prepared delicacies. The city center is inevitably noisy, but they made every effort to ensure that guests were not disturbed. I could also feel their dedication to managing the hotel. Location is great, right in the middle of the city and across the famous church (we could see it from our room!). We could walk to most of the tourist spots. The room is nicely sized and clean. The view from the rooftop breakfast area is wonderful. The price is cheap at booking.com. If you go directly to the hotel, they will charge you much higher (I think 40 JOD, compared to 17 JOD we paid on booking.com), so better book it in this app! The hotel allowed us to leave our bags there when we checked out early and spent time sightseeing before leaving Madaba.

Had a great day relaxing by the pool with friends. This hotel is in a great location for people looking for one with a pool within walking distance of Madaba attractions. The room size is perfect as well. The staff was very attentive and even brought us our room keys by the pool as we waited for check-in. Breakfast is also phenomenal!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick, and my room was really nice, clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the amazing service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. They even helped me plan my sightseeing trips. Overall, my stay at Grand Hotel Madaba was awesome! I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba. I can't wait to go back!🏆
