Located in Tsavo, 41 km from Voi Railway Station, Lavender Garden Hotel provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Our game driver was excellent and the buffet meals were all exceptionally tasty (including the Kenyan coffee on offer…the best we have even at more expensive safari camps/lodges). The watering hole is a highlight and the grounds are beautiful.

Absolute gem in the wilderness of Tsavo West national Park. Everything was even better than we expect. It was built with sryle and attention to detail that fits well with nature. Highlight was 2.5 hours safari with our guide and driver Korbin that was experience of a lifetime.

Situated 4 km from Galana Conservancy, Kudu Safari Camp in Koito features a garden and bar. With river views, this accommodation features a terrace and a swimming pool. Although not actually in Tsavo West, the camp is only 20 minutes from the Park Gate and in a wonderful position overlooking the Galana River. Views from the luxury tents are also great. There is game in the area so if you are lucky you dont even need to go into the Park. Our guide Gaji was excellent, very informative and a very good driver on the 10 hour round trip in the south of the park. Food and catering also excellent.

With river views, Maneaters is set in Tsavo and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. We absolutely loved everything about this place. The rooms are huge with a balcony towards Tsavo River. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. For lunch, they made us a lunch package as we were on safari during the day. From our balcony and the common area we saw hippos, elephants, monkeys, buffalos and much more. The pool was great for soaking up some sun. But apart from all of that, the staff was the best. Rosemary, Nicodemus, Augustin and everyone else made our stay so wonderful.

The location is spectacular! we took a train from Mombasa to VOI station and then were picked up by Taita Hills driver. The food was so amazing ( 3 meals per day, included to price). Veggies and fruits are grown at Taita Hills farm abd served to customers fresh and super yummy! The safari trip ( not include to hotel stay) was incredible! We saw tremendous number of animals! Must visit place, 100 percent!!!

The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious and the area was green and quiet. Perfect to unwind after a long day in the nature. We did a couple of fantastic safaris to the surrounding national parks with the host David and his friends. They had great recommendations for the tours and were very professional in all respects. On our day off we did birdwatching and a nature walk in the surrounding area and saw lots of stuff apart from the big five.
