The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Feels like a 5 star hotel, great value for money. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, close to the riverside, the pub street and several markets. The staff are amazing! They are very patient and attentive. We rescheduled our night bus very last minute, but they still managed to reply to me and reschedule the complimentary pickup from the bus station very quickly. We arrived at 4:30 am and they let us stay in their spa room for a nap, which is so nice and helpful. The check-in was very smooth and fast. Our bags were already put into our room, which is very close to the pool with a great view. They also packed our breakfast when we went for a sunrise tour. Before we left, they offered a spare room for us to take a quick shower and free dropoff at the bus station. Somehow they managed to remember our names and which room we stayed in. Breakfast is good and included in the rate. There are also fresh fruits every day. The pool is great! Highly recommend and will consider going back next time when I visit Siem Reap!

The pool area was nice and clean. The most amazing thing was the staff though. They are super kind and thoughtful. Everyone of the staff made us feel welcome throughout the visit and helped with recommendations, transport etc.

Really friendly staff who do everything they can to make your stay special. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Lovely pool and a tasty breakfast. The location is a 2 minute walk from bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Beautiful, well run hotel. The price point is reasonable for the quality of accommodations and service. the location is within the center of siemreap and a good 10min walk to pubstreet or less. Really worth a try.
