Located in the city centre, Holiday Inn Aktau offers free WiFi available in all areas. The hotel is sutuated next to Shevchenko Alley, which is a direct access to the Sea of Caspian. The front desk receptionist was really nice and efficient. The room was ready early and I was able to check in ahead of schedule. The room was clean and they provided a large bottle of drinking water. A bathrobe and slippers were available for use. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town. You can easily walk to see the Caspian sea, go shopping, or find places to eat.

Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.

Very nice staff, girls at reception Asel and Gulnaz were helpful and also super nice!!! Explained me everything I needed and helped me with my bar order😀 Room was clean and good looking, the sea view was quite spectacular! Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from, restaurant employees were very friendly! Can’t wait to come back in summer

Room was big. Fridge was good to have. Aircon and water worked. Aktau was just a transit for us. The Hotel was kind enough to organise a well priced taxi fom the airport. Check-in at 1am was no problem. The Room could have been cleaner - but was ok.
