The owner/manager goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, you can really feel how much he cares about every one of his guests and he will provide everything you need to have a beautiful time. Fides Boutique is a hidden gem, the quality is unmatched, there is truly nothing like it, every detail is taken into account, everywhere you look is picturesque. Highly recommend staying in the balcony suite, the view overlooking the tropical palm trees and mountains is divine. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Absolutely exquisite, it’s a must stay on your trip to Luang Prabang.

This is an exception hotel. The staff are brilliant, and extremely helpful. Breakfast, great menu, nice. After travelling Asia for a bit and seeing the excessive use everywhere this hotel has a free water fill bottle system in place which is great to see. Rooms and bed comfortable pool great. I give the location 4 out of 5 as it’s a bit of a walk to town but the hotel covered this with free bike and transfer service on the evening. It’s that good here we are coming back in 4 days 😂

The service was exceptional. The reception staff was very helpful in booking us last minute train tickets to Vientiane. They also offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room was very spacious, big and sparkling clean. Also the location was amazing. It was just around the corner from the night market and hot spots in Luang Prabang.

Comfortable, clean room, quite large as well, and everything works. Staff is super nice and always helpful. Good breakfast. Great location, everything you need is walking distance away, also quiet. Absolutely a bargain. We had a really great time staying here, highly recommended.

Lisa was very helpful and staff were pleasant and always willing to walk the extra mile. They gave us a local map with all nearby attraction which was useful. Breakfast was freshly made and wholesome. Fruits was exceptional.

We appreciated the little touches of our host: home cafe, small juice before flying home, help to carry our big bags to the room or in the airport taxi, always there to advise a restaurant, a massage, an excursion. He is very kind, adorable, considerate, anxious to do well. The breakfast was hearty, varied, fresh fruit, fruit juice, hot drink and banana pancake or bread with eggs.
