Both Sudak and Mathu are really nice guys who speak English very good as well. They can tell you a lot about any Sri Lankan things you want to know and arranged a lot of stuff we requested; breakfast, diner, scooter renting, sending a package over to Holland, a TukTuk when we needed one really early in the morning (we did not want to risk PickMe not being available, we were visiting a wedding). The rooms are clean and have all facilities you need. Nice addition is they have a swimming pool which is really nice on hot Sri Lankan days. Definitely recommend this place! 👌

Convenient location right next to railway station but also quiet. Spacious and attractive room, pool was clean and refreshing. Some of the best food I’ve had in Sri Lanka. Staff was attentive and welcoming and always ready to help, from the front desk to the restaurant Special appreciation for the young woman at front desk (Ms Thanthoty ? sorry for misspelling ) who helped me book my onward bus ticket.

Beautiful hotel in the central area of Jaffna Town. Well maintained clean rooms and toilet. Rooms are big, spacious and comes with tea making facility. Super friendly, warm, respectful and helpful staff. The staff went the extra mile to not only meet the needs of the customers but also to make sure they have a pleasant stay. For example, we reached the hotel after 8pm and the kitchen was about to close. As we were so tired and hungry, the chef and staff stayed behind to cook what we requested for and waited patiently till we finished our meals. On another occasion, my friend had a bad bout of food poisoning at around 12pm and the staff at the reception was quick to come our aid. We were so touched by their care. Excellent service provided by all the staff. Strongly recommended. As the hotel is near Nallur temple, this hotel only provides vegetarian food. They provide good vegetarian food.

The Thinnai - All-Suites Boutique Hotel ligger i Jaffna, 12 minuters promenad från Nallur Kandaswamy-templet, och erbjuder boende med en utomhuspool, gratis privat parkering, ett fitnesscenter och en... First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was homely. Secondly, the food was excellent and our family enjoyed all the dishes, specially the crab curry. Alcohol was not that great. My wife ordered a drink with Arack ( green in color). It was overly sweet and pretty much had no alcohol in the drink. Draft beer was great. Thirdly, the room design was excellent and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The hotel provided accommodation for my driver, for which I am thankful. I will definitely visit again.

Jaffna Inn ligger i Jaffna, inom 12 minuters promenad från Jaffna Railway Station och 1,2 km från Jaffna Public Library, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen samt... It is a nice and quiet modern hotel with good facilities. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. There is a fridge in the room and and tea making facilities in the lounge area outside the room. We were given two small bottles of water on arrival. The shower works well with good hot water, once you get it adjusted properly. There is a shower screen too, but like all bathrooms in Sri Lanka the bathroom floor still gets wet. The air conditioner works well and the room also has a large ceiling fan. The hotel is well located just 1.6 kilometers from Jaffna Fort and about a kilometre from the rooftop bar at the Jaffna Jetwing Hotel. Breakfast was not included but is available, we did not have breakfast at the hotel. All in all a good place to stay.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. While we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food, as Jaffna has some fantastic restaurants that we chose to explore, we are definitely looking forward to trying the hotel’s cuisine next time. Overall, a great place to stay with exceptional service.

My stay at Gnaanams hotel was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Yal's Town Inn ligger i Jaffna, bara 2,5 km från stadens centrum. WiFi är gratis. Alla rum har TV, luftkonditionering och bubbelbadkar. Det finns även ett matbord. The staff is really nice and friendly. Food was exceptional Totally worth the paying amount. Also as the inn located in the middle of the town we can travel anywhere around with ease Definitely recommend for anyone even solo or with a group this is a safe place to stay.
