Friendly service, helpful in a down to earth way (a fake or forced kind of friendliness usually gets on my nerves). I enjoyed my privacy, it was quiet at night, breakfast was good, including healthy options, location was perfect, bed was comfortable, et cetera.

It happened to us that we stuck in a huge traffic while boarder crossing. It takes us almost 24 hours to get to Lithuania from Belarus so we couldn’t be on time at the hotel. We still were at the border at te time of checking-out. Ive been in contact with the reception and explain the situation. The girl from the desk was very kind and fully understood the situation that we could manage “no-show” and didn’t charge the price for the room. It was like a breath of fresh air after exhausted time at the border. Id like to thank a lot the girl and the hotel. Next time i hope we can fully enjoy our stay at this nice and warm place!🙏🏻

Especially the lady on duty at the reception on the night of May 30, 2022 was only one of the most polite, smiling and solution-oriented employees I have ever seen. Located in Vilnius Old Town Hotel Pacai, Vilnius, a Member of Design Hotels is a 5-star design hotel, set in a Baroque palace dating back to 1677. Breakfast was great, size of the room was perfect, and shower was nice and big. Also we used gym and spa facilities - everything was really great.

Great value for the money! Great location - walking distance from the airport, took me only 17 min by foot. They even packed me breakfast to go because I had an early flight. The staff was friendly and professional. Smooth check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay their again!

Artagonist Art hotel is set in an authentic 15th century building in the Old Town of Vilnius. Rooms are decorated with handmade artworks by Lithuanian artists. The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to manage to visit all the sightseeing places of old town in a day or two. Every sightseeing place is about just 1-2 km away. The hotel is in the 15th century building but is quite modern and fresh. The bathroom is pretty pleasing with design and cleanliness. The breakfast quality and price were really good, there was great variety of cereals, chia pudding, yogurt, eggs, cheese and fish platter, fruits and much more. And the staff, especially the trainee Klausas, was really helpful and friendly with recommendations about city. Yeah, and there is a piece of art made by Lithuanian artist different in each room! We had the room with teddy bear.

This 3+ stars hotel, 15th Avenue, is located on the main street of Vilnius city centre, 7 minute walk away from Cathedral square and Gediminas Castle. Really comfortable, nice interior. Quite. Good location.
