Nice little house, very friendly and helpful hosts! Quiet surrounding, nice pond to sit by at night. There is also sauna in the house, you can ask the owners in advance to prepare it. All in all - we were a group of five, stayed one night and were completely satisfied!

Beds were super comfortable and large. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. Very quiet, no noise from neighbors or from outside. Recommend for staying with kid, large open area in living room.

The family vacation went well. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The kids had fun in the pond. It was nice to spend the evening in the hot tub. The host was friendly and helpful. We had a nice vacation there with our family, thank you!

Located in Smiltene, Guest House Kalbakas offers simple, heated hotel rooms with a TV set. Free wired internet is available in public areas, and it offers free private parking. There was mobile conditioner!!!! In 33 degrees summer day that was like miracle, that gives us possibibity to rest after long trip. And all other things was perfect for our needs - kitchen to prepare supper, ralexing countryside, private bathroom.
