I can not think of a single thing that I could complain about. I should give a special mention to Angel, the very helpful receptionist during my stay. She is perfectly named and the hotel should treasure her.

But the staff treated us to afternoon tea and looked after us very well. We had a couple of emergencies to do with a lost phone and computer problems, and they jumped to attention and solved the problems immediately, superb service.

We received the warmest welcome, and the room and patio were the most beautiful setting to discover Penang and it’s history. The location was the best we could’ve asked for and we slept like babies in the comfy bed. The breakfast was also really good and the service excellent in every way.
