It’s the staff who made this experience so very special and comfortable for our family. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The staff helped us by giving us the best food and restaurants to visit and even made a few bookings for us. Turndown service was a treat, as was the daily breakfast. The pool was a highlight for our son who swam every day.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Everything was so nice. Charming room and building, really great area in Georgetown with lots of character, wonderful helpful staff at the hotel. Was quiet at night. We had a ground floor room and it was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Sad we didn’t stay longer!

The food is delicious all over the Penang island, that people really knows how to cook. You can reach all the points of interest on the island by the public bus. The island is full of historical places worth visiting. Almost all the inhabitants of the island speaks English. People are very willing to help you if you need

You just can't go wrong with the food! Get the map of local dishes and make sure you taste everything! I never thought that I could go to a place just for the food, but Penang was a huge surprise. Like nothing else that I have ever visited. The old town is very nice. easy to get around and safe. Don't miss this when in Malaysia!
