Great location. The room is very beautiful. The breakfast area is amazing view. Very comfortable Bed. Free Parking. When you are inside the hotels, you feel that you are in the wonderful museum .

Located right at the edge, 1002 meters above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. Everything about this hotel was A M A Z I N G. The views, the food, the SPA!!!, the staff. I could never imagine that the quality of everything would’ve been that high. It’s so price worthy & it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. I have no words. It’s magical in every way. The view from the restaurant (the view from anywhere in this hotel) was insane. I am definitely coming back! (Also the most comfortable bed EVER!!!!!) can’t recommend this enough 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️

Surrounded by high, dramatic mountains, this cosy, family-run hotel in central Hemsedal has 2 restaurants, free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. Not first time in Skogstad Hotel, but this time, I had to leave an exceptional comment about the dedicated staff and the complete facilities. Can't wait for my next reservation 10/10 - Breakfast - Saunas - Affordable price - Parking - Proximity to ski busses - Proximity to several restaurants /Javier and friends

Located by the river in Hemsedal, only 200 m from cross-country skiing tracks, this hotel offers en-suite rooms, free parking and a free ski bus to the nearby alpine slopes. Excellent! Nice location close to the slopes and very helpful and friendly stuff.

We only stayed for one night. We was a bit worried as we we booked the room last minute (around 10pm, 5 mins before we arrived), but the host was immediately prepared the room and made it ready for us. The room was cleaned and spotless. We got everything we needed such as good kitchen equipments, Bed linens, toiletries, etc. The stay was perfect. We would really like to come back during winter as it located in such a good location right next the slope.
