Scenically set by the Oppstrynsvatnet Fjord, the family-owned Hjelle Hotel rests in a lush garden surrounded by mountains. Jostedalsbreen National Park is 5 km away. The room was big enough to accommodate a couple, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Water pressure was good. The food was nice. Quite a nice open buffet type of dinner and breakfast. The hotel offers you a packed lunch for a certain price and you can fill your bottle for coffee (for a certain price). The staff was very friendly. Always smiling and willing to help you all the time. The hotel location is quite good as well. There are nice places you can visit by foot. The hotel staff gives you a booklet you should check after you settle in your room. There are suggestions of places where you should visit including the routes and nice places to visit.

Hotel Alexandra Loen is located in Stryn and offers majestic views of the surrounding mountains and fjords. The family-run hotel and offers free WiFi and parking. Loen Skylift is a 5-minute walk away.... The location and amenities. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were amazing.

This hotel is scenically situated within 7 km of the Nigardsbreen Glacier and the Jostedalsbreen Glacier National Park. It features free Wi-Fi, bright rooms and an on-site restaurant with bar. Good breakfast spread included for all guests. Reasonably good lunch and dinner options. Small kiosk where we could buy gloves for Glacier hiking. Awesome view of mountain with strips of water fall from the top a river flowing down and a lush green meadow. The host was super, even making us a dinner beyond dinner time, as we arrived quite late.

This family-run hotel from 1937 is located in Fjærland Village, on the waterfront of the Sognefjord. It offers a large terrace that overlooks the fjord. Amazing location, wonderful hotel, super nice staff and owner!

Situated amongst nature and directly on Nordfjord’s waterfront, this hotel is about 1 km away from the town of Olden’s cruise terminal. It offers free WiFi, Norwegian cuisine and fjord views. Location was beautiful, the building was lovely. Staff was very friendly. Heated bathroom floor was a very nice surprise.

Olden Camping offers accommodation with stunning views of the fjord in Olden. Geiranger is 46 km from the property. Free private parking and free WiFi are available on site. The cabin was nice and modern with a great view of the fjords. The free usage of the kayaks and pedal boats was an added bonus!

Rødseter Gjestegård is a working farm, peacefully located in the countryside of Fjarland and offers views of the impressive, surrounding mountains. Super friendly host, large room and the area is amazing.
