The place is very tranquil and about a 5-10 minute bike ride to the market. They have a bike available for rent which did come in very handy. The room was comfortable and clean and WiFi worked very well. The staff is wonderful and very helpful with finding out bus schedules, planning a safari tour and offering guidance for the area.

We enjoyed everything from the relaxing family atmosphere to the beautiful food prepared by Sarita with the help of Arpana and Zopi. We had such a fantastic week. We originally planned to stay a few days and ended up staying for a week. We went on a walking safari with one of Shardul's friends, Rishi and we had a fantastic experience. We saw a rhino, birds, crocodile, monkeys and deer. We spent the remainder of the days mainly relaxing in their beautiful garden. Arpana brought us to see the domestic elephants and also to town. Basu took us on a village tour. We enjoyed his cultural tour and appreciated that he took the time to show us around. As already mentioned, we enjoyed Sarita's excellent cooking, every single meal was a culinary surprise and wonder.

I was fortunate enough to encounter majestic Bengal tigers, elusive jungle cats, and a myriad of other captivating creatures, each encounter leaving an indelible mark on my soul. Beyond its eco-conscious ethos and unparalleled wildlife experiences, Wild Planet Eco Retreat fosters a sense of community rooted in a shared reverence for nature. Gathered around crackling campfires under the star-studded sky, I found myself exchanging stories and forging connections with fellow travelers who shared my passion for the natural world.

Obiekt Nanu's Bardiya Homestay położony jest w miejscowości Bhurkīā i oferuje bezpłatne WiFi, ogród z tarasem oraz widok na ogród. I had a fantastic time staying with Nanu, Kali and children! They were so welcoming to their home and hospitable once you were there. My stay was made up of an amazing walking safari (but they can also do keep), delicious food cooked by Kali (possible the best dal bhat I have had) - including a mo mo cooking class - and lots of fun relaxing at their house and playing with the children. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wholesome and inclusive experience!

Very friendly staff, good food, hot shower and cold beer in the evening made our stay great. We also did two jungle walking Safaris with the owner. He Show us animals we could have never seen without him. He's a guide for 22 years. One last thing: almost every third day the elephant comes to the river! You can watch him from their Terrace easily

Wonderful staff and guides. They will arrange any kind of activity-jeep trip or walk, full day or half day. They organize it to your wishes, depending on what you hope to see. We even had a feast at a village house, with home made rice wine (fire water). Sitting around a fire, we had a great evening. I give this resort the highest recommendation possible.
