Originally built in 1889, the heritage-listed Okoroire Hot Springs Hotel features an onsite hot spring bath, a 9-hole golf course and a tennis court. What a fantastic surprise this stay ended up being. We booked it during our travels for a quick place to stop at after visiting Hobbiton and on our way to Auckland without expecting much. However, the old world charm, the excellently maintained hot springs, and the delicious dinner were all great surprises.

Clean all necessary things was there including dishes, Clean towels, paid laundry microwave, heating equipments. Best stay!

Located just 49 km from Rotorua International Stadium, 5 Acres B&B offers accommodation in Tokoroa with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. The location was magical with magnificent country views. Sheep, cows and chickens wandering around. Lovely home with lot's of room in the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Lovely decks outside the bedroom. Beautiful cooked breakfast and very homely and competent host. We hope to visit again 🙏🏞️♥️

Set in Okoroire in the Waikato region, Bridgehaven Guesthouse features a garden. One of a kind , meticulously clean and comfort, both inside and outside the property! Everything in place as well as exceptionally heart warming breakfast choices with tasty home made bread . The shower is hot and the bathroom is spacious and warm. This place is the best we could ask for . The garden is so pretty and the flowers and plants are so harmoniously cultivated, we took many pictures , and we have already recommended this place to some of our friends if they ever want to visit New Zealand. We are so lucky to have stayed at Bridgehaven Guesthouse and we didn’t want to leave .

Set in Putaruru and only 46 km from Zorb Rotorua, Maple Retreat by Blue Spring offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This guest house features a garden. Great room in a nice quiet street. Was easy to find, had what we needed and nicely laid out. Given we had several friends staying at different motels in Putaruru and hearing their feedback I think we hit the jackpot. The communication was really friendly and accommodating. Was a shame we didn't get time to sit outside with a cuppa as I think it would've been a really nice tranquil place to enjoy.

Boasting mountain views, Holiday Bliss - Kiwi Suite features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 42 km from Mystery Creek Events Centre. It was lovely to have breakfast sorted in the morning. Carmen thoughtfully left a loaf of freshly made bread on the bench and treats in the fridge. The house was amazing, everything you need for a quick get away. And the bed was super comfy.

The host went the extra mile to make the stay brilliant. Little surprise on arrival that they certainly don't need to provide.

Lake Karapiro Lodge offers views of the surrounding countryside and lake. Gourmet breakfast is included. Facilities include free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Love the location, the views, the breakfasts and our hosts were great. Great spot. Very comfortable.
