Located in Greytown in the Wellington Region, 15 km from Martinborough, The White Swan Hotel features a sun terrace and views of the garden. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. My second time staying here and it's always a bit of a retreat for me. Very comfortable. Great pub and wine selection. Also, a welcome beer in my room. I'll come back here regularly :)

This place is really something special. Fabulous interiors with all comforts and many extra touches. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Loved it.

Originally built in 1882, this charming hotel has been lovingly restored to its former glory and features an elegant restaurant and bar. Each room includes satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Atmosphere, restauranr, breakfest, staff. sekection of Gin&Tonic and wines.

Margrain Vineyard Martinborough offers stylish villas, luxury suites and gatehouse rooms, set in a vineyard with stunning views. The vineyard features an on-site café. Well appointed accommodation in a great location. Staff were warm and welcoming. We appreciated the extras left in the fridge for breakfast. Everything was very clean.

Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. The hosts were very hospitable friendly and reliable. There was everything we needed and it was spotless, clean tidy and great interior decor. Off-street parking a bonus. Fenced off property with private back yard and outdoor area, perfect for our little dog. Everything provided for breakfast, great value for money. Very comfortable beds. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Wineries are plentiful and close by and the area is flat so taking one of the Swan House loaner bikes is a nice way to explore. There is also a pedi-cab rental in the center of town. Exceptionally clean! Quiet for sleeping. Also very dark. Patio area is large and shared. “Double or Twin Room” (#3) is on the end and thus has lots of windows and only one shared wall. Owner’s welcome was genuine and appreciated. Continental breakfast included: coffee (instant or n espresso), teas (10 different varieties!), yogurt, cereal, toast (Honey, Marmite, Peanut Butter or 3 varieties of fruit jam), fruit cup, milk, and juice. It’s all in the room so you can eat what and when you want. No cooking facilities in the rooms but that was as expected/made clear in the listing. If saving money thru self-catering is your aim you can manage well enough with the provided continental breakfast, picnic lunch, and a take-away dinner.
