Ubicació excel.lent. L’esmorzar simple però bo. Les instal·lacions són molt còmodes i modernes. Tot han estat facilitats. He fet el Check out a les 9:00 i m’han guardat les maletes fins les 20:00 perquè pogués aprofitar el dia per Cusco. Fins i tot deixaven utilitzar els seu office mentre esperava. Tothom amable. Hotel molt recomanable.

El personal és molt atent i amable, sempre ajuda en tot. Les habitacions són grans i els llits són molt còmodes. El bany també compleix amb les expectatives d'un hotel de la seva categoria. L'esmorzar és excel·lent i molt variat. El wifi funciona correctament. Hotel ideal per passar uns dies al centre de Cusco.

Hotel bàsic a molt bon preu. És senzill, però amb tots els elements imprescindibles per una bona estada. Aigua calenta perfecta, llit ample i còmode amb llençols i prou mantes (a Cusco pot fer molta fred). Senyal potent del wifi. Net, personal molt servicial i eficient.

El personal de l'hotel era molt amable. Vam tenir un problema la primera nit que van resoldre de manera ràpida i educada. L'hotel està a dos minuts caminant de la plaza de armas (centre de Cusco) i l'esmorzar era molt bo.

The facility is located in the center of Cusco, decorated in a very interesting local style.

The Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was always more than friendly and helpful. Also the Hotel ist perfectly located, quiet at night but close to shops, laundry stores and the city center. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds are comfortable. Its at the and of town so the property is quiet, yet near everything.

Superbly located, beautiful boutique property with some excellent people managing the property.. Always ready to serve with a smile, and always ready to go out of the way to treat their guests in the best manner possible! Great food, lovely rooms, excellent location, and run by the most efficient and friendly team of people! I will definitely come back. A 10/10 for this outstanding property!

This hotel / monastery is out of this world! Could not rate this place high enough - off the scale! Impeccably clean, impeccable staff - superb views from the gardens! It was quiet, characterful and charming … lots of original features, artifacts and paintings scattered tastefully about the place. Loved my room with a small living room and mezzanine bedroom! Fantastic snow-white sheets and towels, excellent shower and wonderful products provided and replenished when used! Extremely gracious and friendly staff … very attentive and helpful! 12 mins walk to the main plaza … local buses to Cuzco for 7-10 soles! TRULY OUTSTANDING! Am already planning a return trip!

Everything was pretty good overall. All email communications with Gustavo were great prior to our stay and during. We originally booked on booking.com at a very high price and kept looking and got a much better deal.....so I'd suggest if you're paying approx $250 USD it's a good deal. Food was great, grounds are immaculate (loved the 🦜 & all the 💐's), pool was nice and cold but great when in the sun for abit! We were there 2 nights/ 3 days for the sole purpose of relaxing and that's sure what we did. As mentioned in prior reviews, we found Peruvian families on site using the facilities and their clothing everywhere by the pool and grounds...maybe lockers should be provided for this. Only 6 lounge chairs by the pool, so not really good in that sense when hotel guests who are paying can't even get access. Also tables to put drinks on would be good (I think I also only saw 1 of those and again occupied by non-hotel guests). It would be nice if they had the theatre in English as well maybe at a different time. We couldn't get the TV to work really nor in English even after the maintenance guy came. We had several mosquitoes in the room upon check in, however was quickly rectified with a call to the desk and a lady came to spray and put plug ins. Woukd have been nice if we had clean chairs outside on the balcony for morning coffee (they were covered in bird poop) so we layed towels down on them as they were a tad tough to get clean. Yolanda at breakfast was exceptional. Went above and beyond for Us. We were also celebrating our Anniversary and they added a little nice touch to Our room upon arrival. We found it very clean, quiet, great food (make sure to save room for the Aranwa Experience desert....it's exceptional and have your phone ready for a video!). We had a pisco sour demonstration and it was awesome as we made our own & then got to consume them. They were delicious!!.

It’s a beautiful place, great rooms, exceptional service, you can make free tours inside the hotel, the pools were amazing and the food is incredible!! I loved everything!

La casona és espectacular. Han sabut lligar molt bé el tradicional amb el modern i confortable. La banyera un 10 i també disposa de llar de foc que t’encèn el personal si ho demanes. L’esmorzar molt bo també.

Great location, clean and a spa!!!

Its really hard to pinpoint just a few things we loved. First, we were so pleased and impressed when our room was upgraded, although from my impressions, every room here is a suite. The room details (heated floors, flowers, bar, colorful Peruvian treats) The dining (think specialty coffee or fresh squeezed juice in the sunshine by the pool... and of course your seat will have a pillow and every condiment imaginable for your delicious food). The pool (warm crystal clear water, fresh towels and sunscreen rushed to you at a moments notice, and poolside cocktail service from the friendly bartender). This place is as good as it gets! Can't wait to come back!

Such a beautiful old monastery to stay in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Super clean and the grounds are beautiful. Directly opposite the San Pedro mercado. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant onsite with a bar which was handy coming back from Machu Picchu late.

We had a very relaxing stay- we had planned for one night, but extended it to two nights as we enjoyed the property so much The rooms/cabins are very large/ Nice bathrooms and beds with patios We ate all of our meals there and enjoyed all of them (I am vegetarian and liked all of my options/ my husband who is not vegetarian also equally enjoyed the meals) They have a few activities each day, we enjoyed a short hike and learned about the local community, plants and birds In the afternoon, they have a nice tea time with small snacks- For planning- it takes 1.5 hours from the airport/ plan a ride in advance- it is about $50 for a couple from Cusco The local area has a few popular tourist places to visit though we did not take advantage of these as we just enjoyed staying there The Sacred Valley was an adjustment in altitude for us (we are from Nebraska) and it was nice to acclimate there, before staying in Cusco and ultimately hiking the Salkantay trail.

easy check in helpful staff. cold bottled water available for cheap. staff helped me with a different pillow. available 24 hrs. very flexible check in and out.
