This accommodation is one of many reasons why I am looking forward to coming back to São Jorge. We could see that it was important to Jorge to present the place in a good light and it was indeed a very pleasant experience to be there. Everything was great and I have no regrets about choosing Cabanas da Viscondessa for our stay.

Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. the grounds and views were amazing! nicely kept hotel rooms too.

This hotel is 200 metres from the shopping area of Velas and 1 km from the harbour. It features a terrace overlooking the garden, the outdoor pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. the breakfast. the views. the accessibility. the people. all around it was wonderful.

At the foot of the São Jorge Mountains, Hotel Solmar is less than 100 metres from the coastline. Its air-conditioned rooms overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Calheta Harbour or mountains. The room was clean and very spacious, equipped with an a/c which was very welcome in July. :) The location is great, close by a supermarket and restaurants. Good breakfast!

This hotel was wonderful, I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Sao Jorge. The woman who ran the place was so kind and friendly. She let me check in early (I'm sure it's not always possible) and she gave me restaurant recommendations and told me a bunch of places to go see that were walking distance around town. The room was well decorated, comfortable, and modern. It was great to have a desk. The bed was really comfortable, so if you like beds that are a little soft, this was a good one. The shower was really good. There was a shared kitchen for guests to use, and even though I didn't really use it, it looked good and if I was staying longer, I would've made a few meals. The fridge in the kitchen had individual trays for each room so you could put stuff in there and keep yours separate from everyone else's, that was a nice touch. Overall this was a really fantastic hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Sao Jorge.

The yurt was a one of a kind experience & it being in between all that green made it even more special. Every morning there was a fresh homemade breakfast with products they grew themselves. We got good tips for places to visit & help whenever we needed. I would recommend this place to everyone & if we ever return to São Jorge, then we will definitely book here again. Great place to spend time on Sao Jorge Magnolia has wonderful staff that looked after all of our needs while on the island. The property is exceptional and the room we had with the hot tub overlooking the ocean was incredibly beautiful. Nice touch with the sparkling wine on my birthday Thank you will highly recommend and hope to return once day.

What I liked the most was the space available for the clients. Large kitchen and large patio . The staff was polite, discreet and helpful. The cleanliness and the comfort of guests were a top priority for Victor who came to meet the guests several times. Very appreciated.
