However, I'd like to emphasize how professionally Jacques André handled the situation. He kept me well informed about things, informed me promptly about the fact that the route to the town was blocked after the cyclone and he immediately and proactively offered a solution. That's a perfect example for superb customer service and experience.

People indeed make a difference, and that's why we would return without hesitation. The warmth we experienced from Fissa, Antoine, and Tom was incredible! We felt genuinely welcomed and enjoyed two superb dinners with them. Sharing the table with other guests, we engaged in delightful conversations, although our french was almost not existing, and savored a glass (or two) of rum. Unforgettable! A special thank you to Tom, who provided unwavering support throughout our stay. Even when we faced a memory storage issue, he came to our rescue (and sacrificed his sleep ^^). The next little house is approximately 50 meters away, ensuring ample privacy. Ours even had a Jacuzzi, a delightful addition after a hike. We adore animals, so it was charming to see a lovely dog and a donkey strolling around. While the house and its furnishings weren't extravagant, they had everything you needed and, most importantly, were impeccably clean.

Set in Salazie, within 10 km of Cirque de Mafate and 17 km of Cirque de Salazie, BEC ROZ' offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. I loved this place. My room was spacious only to find I also had a huge bathroom and downstairs dining room and patio. The host was very attentive and friendly, the garden packed with flowers. I couldn’t rate it more highly. Excellent.

Well equipped property with full privacy and gorgeous garden with mountains view. Most of the groceries for breakfast were already in the fridge when we arrived, and a fresh bread were supplied in the mornings. The property is 10 minutes drive from Coll de Boufes trailhead which is very comfortable if you plan to hike to La Nouvelle (very recommended)

There is also a beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains, which is shared with the neighbouring flat. The apartments are located in a quiet side street of Hell-Bourg, everything in the small village is within a few minutes walking distance. Linda, the host, gave us a friendly welcome and was always easy to reach, very nice and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable here.
