The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.

We visited Mountain Gorillas in Volcanoes National Park, we hiked Mountain Bisoke and we also went in a village to do culture based Tour , And the experience in all at all is exceptional , Big congratulations be to Safaris company & guest house Manager Michael and the team , appreciations be to Pascal , Olvier , Jean Damour , Alphonsine , Chalom , Augustine and all the team and we can't wait to thank Booking.com team for rapid reply ! Wonderful staff, very friendly, genuine and truly kind people. We felt at home right when we stepped in and were welcomed by amazing dancers from a tribe nearby. We really enjoyed dancing with them all day and all night. Rwanda is a country rich in culture and the accommodation made it a point to actively educate us about that, which we really appreciated. The place is very close to the volcanoes national park, making it easy for monkey and gorilla trekking (just 5 min drive away). We would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a wonderful and unforgettable experience in the Virunga mountains, in the Northern province of Rwanda.
