We really loved our stay at OdLična hiša! Štanjel itself is practically in the center of Kras and it is a great starting point for discovering other villages. The house is perfectly located in the strict city center, you really can’t miss it, in a beautifully and tastefully renovated old house, apartments and rooms are very comfortable, light and pleasant. The hosts are charming and very helpful, Bojan also gave us very good tips on where to go and where to eat! We would and will recommend this place for sure!

What to say about Krasberry...its just perfect if you want to make perfecet holidays in Slovenia. The guesthouse owner build the whole house for himself and in every corner you can see the love he took into this place. Every day we found little treasures in the guesthouse, like record covers on the wall, etc. We love the place, Slovenia and the guesthouse owners Vanesa & Pepi. We will come back as soon as possible <3

Very romantic place feels like home! The breakfast unbelievable and the room was really nice!very good bed and pillows!the soap at at the bathroom was smelling awesome!

The studio is really nicely made: well furnished, with quality finishes and materials, and beautifully decorated. It's got plenty of things to cook with. The balcony faces the sunrise (for the morning coffee) and the room has daylight from two sides, underfloor heating... It's just perfect. So much so that I decided to stay a bit longer. I wish there was a Zenja everywhere I go! The location is superb too: very calm and at the footstep of scenic walks along the forest and the spectacular dolina of Skocjan caves. Also good to reach by foot from the train station.

Amazing property with very nice staff. Room with bathtub was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good in nice ambient.

Lovely peaceful location, wonderful dinner offered when we arrived and a lovely breakfast. Wine from their own vineyard was a nice touch.

The apartment is big, well furnished and super clean. Breda the owner is really welcoming, kind and a wonderful chef…the breakfast is really tasty made with all local products. The small village is gem hide in the wine yard and green fields. The perfect place to relax.

Location was easy to find with a car, owner welcomed us warmly and was super helpful with information on the area with lots of printed information in different languages. The bedroom although not large was very comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding with multiple choices and the owner provided free of charge tea and coffee and home made cookies or pastries at any time. She chatted to each guest and made us all feel so welcome. Pri Mehilovih is close to many local attractions including Lipica, Skocjan Caves, the ancient church in Hrastovlje and the coastal towns of Piran & Koper. We definitely recommend Pri Mehilovih as a wonderful place to stay to explore the surrounding area and we would happily return. We arrived about 8pm, very tired from our travels, and the owner immediately asked if we had dined. She suggested we visit the restaurant (it's the only one) in the village, Gostilna Pri Hribu, which served the best meal we had in Slovenia. So wonderful to dine under the grape vines with a friendly owner, full of stories, who ensured we enjoyed the meal and the local wine. Do try the stuffed squid and the seafood or meat appertizers! Fantastic and definitely recommended when staying at Pri Mehilovih.

The entire family was very lovely, kind and welcoming! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and in the middle of nature. It was wonderful to watch the stars (and even the milky way) in their nice garden.

Decent size room, impeccable bedsheets and towels. In the room there is a small fridge, there is also a shared kitchen area with everything you need including a coffee machine. Nathaly, our host, was very welcoming and ready to help. Spar supermarket is in front of the building across the parking, and you can find also Lidl and other supermarkets 10 min walk away. We found very good food at decent price at "Gostlina Spark" restaurant, 10 min walk away (it is behind the "business incubator" center, across the street from Lidl supermarket). There are many things to see around. Just ask Nathaly, she will give you all the info. We were there to visit Lipica farm, so we only stayed 2 nights. It worth staying a little bit longer.
