The lady at the front desk, who is also the owner, is very sweet, very friendly, she right away arranged a new room for us because the previous customer had smoked in the room and it was still smelling. She also arranged every transportation (shuttle, boats...) and gave good recommendations of where to go in the center of Ranong. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it

They helped me such a lot when I had a problem and could not ride my bicycle. Very quiet peaceful place as well

Situated in Ranong, 1.2 km from Rattanarangsan Palace, Daddy Dream Hotel and Residence features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. It seems that they do read reviews and make improvements: - There are blackout curtains (not 100% blackout though, as it wouldn't fit the design). - I was asked if I needed help carrying my stuff into the room. - They don't require guests to take off their shoes; I specifically asked if I needed to take mine off beforehand. As for the English proficiency, it still holds true - whenever you ask something uncommon, they will contact their head office right away. It's not a big deal, as long as they are polite and attentive (which they are).
