Lovely staffs were excellent provided very good customer service. We just stayed 1 night at Chinese Spring festival, the reception manager was very kindly to upgraded sea view room for us. All staffs are polite and helpful. The location is excellent that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There was many choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable. The room size was perfect and the beds were excellent. The food was good. We are vegetarians but the options were more than sufficient for us. The staff including the restaurant managers were very helpful and took care to show the vegetarian food that were available every time we went to restaurant. Staff in general are very helpful and cheerful. The beach is very good and clean. There are ample sun beds both near the numerous pools and also the beach. Taxis are easily available right outside the gates, but those might charge higher/flat rate and hence suggest you cross the main road to take passing taxis which put the meter, to go to the medina, louvage station. Taxis are very reasonably priced. El Jem is a great day trip from here. You could go to Monastir in the afternoon. Bus, louvage or taxis could be used. We went to Kairouan as well.
