Set in Rubuguli, 44 km from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Nshongi Camp offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The camp is simply AMAZING, and the staff incredibly nice and helpful. The camp borders the National park, it is extremely peaceful, you can see animals around, and it is extremely convenient to go for gorilla tracking (or any other activity in the NP) as it takes less than 10min walking to the entrance of the NP. The staff was incredibly nice, I got upgraded to a beautiful single room, everyone was very helpful, Moses came to get me when monkeys were playing around at the camp so I could see them, he went with me to the NP on the day of my gorilla tracking as I was traveling alone without a guide, it was really heartwarming! There was even hot water and wifi (on and off, but I was expecting no wifi at all so that was already great!) This is definitely the best place to stay in Bwindi - Rushaga!! I absolutely recommend it!

They gave such a warm welcome when we first arrived and we had some really nice conversations during our time here. The price in comparison to other accommodation in the area was extremely good and our experience far exceeded our expectations. It is also located a few minutes walk from the national park entrance, so the location is very convenient.
