Located in Margaretville, the recently renovated The Nordic Nest provides accommodation 11 km from Delaware Ulster Railroad and 14 km from Ski Bobcat. Great place to hang out and spend a few nights if you’re skiing at Belair. had a modern farmhouse appeal with nice furniture and finishes. We will be back.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and children's playground, Slide Mountain Forest House is situated in Oliverea in the New York State Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. I had an excellent three-day stay at Slide Mountain House and enjoyed the peace and relaxation of the property. Slide Mountain House is located in close proximity to the Catskills' most popular hiking trails, most notably the Slide Mountain Trail and the Giant Ledge Trail. Breakfast was delicious and served a la carte by extremely friendly staff - leaving nothing to be desired. In the evening, I had a good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I liked the Slide Mountain Inn across the street best, which offers special treats of German cuisine and also stocks many types of beer from Germany. Just the thing after an eventful day of hiking in the Catskills. I will definitely come back one day.
