First and foremost I would like to say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in all my years of travelling to various countries around the world. My mother and I were visiting from Ireland and unfortunately due to the train station being located at Wells, we required a taxi to and from the station. We were initially advised Uber would work in that area but it did not and we were told after this by the hotel that they were notoriously unreliable. We successfully managed to get to the property after calling a local taxi at the train station. We also ensured to arrange a taxi to take us back to the train station with plenty of notice. 30 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive, the hotel was called to let us know they would be a few minutes late only and not to worry as we would still make our train. 25 minutes later no sign and I spoke to the lady working there. When I asked if they gave an ETA as our train was booked back to Boston in less than 30 minutes, she was shocked and immediately sprung into action. She attempted to contact back the taxi company who now were not answering. She straight away got in touch with her general manager, Kristin, who had no hesitation to take us to the train station at Wells asap. We made the train with 2 minutes to spare and to be honest besides the helpful nature of the staff throughout our stay which I was going to highly commend, the actions of the staff and the lengths they went to to help us in our situation were amazing and I was so grateful for their kindness. Besides all this drama, we encountered various staff during our stay including the lovely Megan and Tasha. Both were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola and a variety of breads. The offerings were very healthy and tasted great too. Also, the drink station was a nice touch and the evening salted cookies were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy and in a beautiful location.

Just a half-mile from Maine’s Atlantic coast and 2 miles from Interstate 95, The Grand Hotel has an indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. It is located less than a half-mile from Perkin’s Cove. Really great location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Beach areas. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being on the first floor next to the lobby, it was surprisingly quiet. The private balcony was an especially nice feature.

Located in Biddeford, 5 km from Funtown Splashtown USA, The Lincoln Hotel provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. All I have to say is WOW. Everything was amazing. Will definitely stay again. Worth 1,000 Stars. My daughter was staying at UNE for a recruiting visit and my son and I stayed the night. 10 minutes to the college and we were blown away by the decor, cleanliness, comfort, cozy fireplace, friendly staff. I have never in my 52 years walked shoeless in a hotel room which is a running joke in my family. I normally clean and wipe down every hotel room I stay in but in all honesty I was in disbelief that I felt that was not necessary and I could just relax and walk around without a thought. My standards are probably far beyond most on the clean scale so Bravo! 😊It was liberating to say the least. I sent my sock photo to my family at home so they would believe me. Thank you Lincoln Inn for allowing me that experience. My 14 year old son loved the robe and also gave it 1,000 stars for the "cool water bottles, neat mirrors in the hallways and comfy bed."

By far the most beautiful and memorable place we have ever stayed. Sparkling clean, fresh, modern but earthy. The bed and linens made for a perfect night's sleep. The view, the grounds, all of it... amazing. At check in, we were offered a complimentary upgrade due to some wedding guests that had lingered and were still occupying the room above the one we had booked. We accepted the upgrade and couldn't have been happier. This will be on our happy place list forever!
