The location is good just beside the river, easily access to US-19. The privacy is great since the suite is actually a small house far away from other suites. We traveled with a group of friends for a NYE celebration in Asheville. The room, facilities, and staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and our rooms were very clean (even smelled fresh!). Staff was helpful when we got locked out of the room and any housekeeping we met were super friendly. Breakfast was great, the fresh muffins and yogurt/granola bar was a nice touch. We were especially impressed with the shuttle service provided with our stay. Bill was fantastic (give that man a raise!). He shuttled us to dinner, back to the hotel, to our event, and picked us up a little after midnight. It was great to have a safe option for transportation on a busy night. 10/10 would recommend for a NYE or any other big holiday stay.

Route 19 Inn provides air-conditioned accommodation in Maggie Valley. The accommodation offers a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. We were not there during the weekend so we did not have breakfast. We loved the location and the room right by the creek and the room decor, bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed and more.
