The B&B was built in 1927 and is a living museum without all the cutesy memorabilia. It was beautifully decorated with Fall decor and I'd love to return to see what the owners do with their winter theme. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever experienced a a B&B. We had a beautiful view of the front yard.

We actually liked it so much we stayed one more night. The town of Sonora is idyllic and there's plenty of shops and some shorter outdoor trails for those into hiking.

Between Sonora and Jamestown on the main Hwy 108, Hotel Country Inn Sonora is 1.6 km from Central Sonora. The hotel offers seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in all guest rooms and the public areas. We used the accommodation for one night as a stopover on our way to Yosemite National Park. Our room and bathroom were clean and the bathroom was relatively new. The two very dedicated and friendly ladies at reception deserve a special mention. We would stay here again.

Oplev en harmonisk blanding af historisk charme og moderne komfort på Sonora Inn. Recently updated inside. New paint, etc. An older historic hotel. Clean and met our three day stay needs well. The desk staff were all nice and helpful. The helped us out on several occasions. The downtown area is there for strolling , shopping, eating and bar hopping. Breakfast was nice, coffee was hot, food acceptable for a classic hotel self serve offering.

Cabin is beautiful in and out, is very charming and cozy, beds are very comfortable and there was enough beds for our family of 12, including kids, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a laundry room, a big plus, when we arrived ac was on and working great!! Everything was very clean and fresh bedding and towels, so much better than staying in a hotel, yes some reviews say is dated, but is a cabin in the woods so for us it was perfect, we loved loved loved the wood walls and ceiling, and people please the water is yellow because is a well that is why the toilets are stain, they are not dirty!! we definitely are coming back soon to enjoy this place with its beautiful views
