The owner was very helpful and explained everything - how to get to the location, where to go, what to do.... our train was 9hrs late so he was in touch and waiting. The kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to cook our own dinner. The beach is nearby as well as the restauransts and shops.

The whole experience was Fantastic, the Duty Manager Mr Mohaib, checked us in himself when he saw the Desk Staff were busy, when we asked for Special Dietary requirements we were introduced to the Food and Beverage Manager who took over and made sure we got our requirements on time and to perfection. Housekeeping was too good, 5 🌟 to Walid, for keeping the room clean and fresh every day. The waiters and waitresses at the the restaurants were very courteous and helpful. I for the first time in my life have nothing to complain about my stay at a hotel, HILTON GREEN PLAZA ALEXANDRIA...WOW❤️❤️❤️
