I would like to thank the all of them for the extraordinary service specially Galuh and the very sweet girl at the reception when we checked in (who unfortunately I didn’t get her name) Thank you.

Situated in the peaceful area of Umalas, The BK Village offers a relaxing getaway surrounded by lush tropical greenery. It boasts an outdoor pool and a spa.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they supported us in every way and helped us with our needs as soon as possible. It was very good that there was no time limit for breakfast and the breakfast options and taste were incredible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, everything we might need was thought of and available in the room. We can't wait to come back to Bali and stay at this hotel again, they made us feel like at home.

If you are looking for a place to stay quietly, this place is perfect, I spent four nights in this location, the staff is very welcoming, friendly and they make sure that you have absolutely everything you need during your stay. The place is very clean, very attentive to details and how everything is arranged, in my wooden house I had everything I needed, quiet, very green, everything is exceptional, very close to the beaches.
