The Hotel is very clean and fairly new the children facility is very nice. The receptionist Borana was amazing and very helpful, she gave us very good recommendations for places to visit. They pay attention to the details and especially with issues related to kids. A daily bedtime story was printed and left in front of the door in the evening. My kids really enjoyed their stay.

Outdoor pool had lots of sun beds with umbrellas, and some tables and chairs in the shade where you could order excellent light meals, drinks and cocktails. Great location in beautiful lakeside town with lots of places to eat and ice cream shops within easy walking distance. Generous eat-as-much-as-you-like buffet breakfast included in price. Good value for money with great facilities. Beautiful well-kept gardens.
