Beautiful, luxurious resort that impresses from the moment you drive up. The Arcadia Villa was huge, super comfortable, and felt like basically renting a whole residence without a kitchen. Staff, other than the person who first checked us in, was very friendly and helpful.

And unusual for a hotel, the lighting was bright enough to easily see. Also, it is important to note that the heating/cooling system worked very well and we were not cold at night. There were no surprise charges that some hotels are doing these days, such as resort or parking fees. Parking was crowded but available and free.

The bed was super comfy, like I want to buy that bed lol. My brother lives at a apartment at south mountain and the resort there, the point at South mountain is expensive especially if your staying in town for a week so he was very impressed with the four points Sheraton and the rates. He will definitely recommend it to his colleagues that come to AZ for business.nancyYoung couple
