The Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma is a stylish and luxurious resort offering half board accommodation as well as a generous luxury all-inclusive experience. The luxuriously appointed guests’ rooms include, Deluxe Family Rooms, Superior Rooms, Superior Grand Rooms, Executive Suites with private pools, 3 Royal Suites with private pools and large Private Villas with swimming pools with either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms directly by the beach. The luxuriously designed villas offer bespoke features including Jacuzzi tubs, in-door and out-door showers, spacious living with dining areas, kitchenette and large deck areas. Each room features 55 inch flat screen TV’s, safe boxes, minibar and exclusive bath amenities. The resort features two Olympic-size pools. We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

The hotel management is very lucky to have her among the hotel staff. If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

The kids loved the slides. Some of the pools were heated to a very comfortable temperature. Ali, the restaurant manager, was very helpful and organized special meals for my son who has food allergies.
